About
For nearly 20 years, I’ve been the right hand to founders and owners, leading sales, operations, and teams. I help businesses grow past the point where everything depends on the person at the top.
Good selling starts with understanding people.
Build a real relationship, understand what matters to them and why, uncover the problem they’re actually trying to solve, and earn enough trust to show them a better way forward.
I started in hospitality at 16 and spent the next decade learning the business from just about every angle. I worked my way through restaurants and events, from the front of the house to leadership, sales, and eventually consulting. Hospitality taught me how much the details matter: how to read people, build relationships quickly, sell without making someone feel sold to, and create an experience people want to come back to. It also taught me how closely sales and operations are connected. You can make all the promises you want, but someone has to deliver them, consistently, profitably, and usually in real time.
I found healthcare through one company and quickly realized I loved the industry. That led me to build my consulting business, helping healthcare organizations strengthen referral relationships and build better systems around growth. One of those relationships eventually brought me in-house, where what started in sales grew into six years of building new service lines, expanding markets, fixing what broke as we grew, and ultimately running the company as President and COO. Healthcare taught me that growth isn’t just about selling more. The sales process, the people, the economics, and the operation delivering what you sold all have to work together. When they don’t, growth exposes it quickly.
I don’t know how to care halfway. When I work with a business, I get invested: in the people, the problems, and where we’re trying to go. That starts with trust and taking the time to really understand what you’ve built.
